Second, a consumer may call our toll-free number at 1-866-744-0174 to submit a request. To process a request we will need to know (i) whether the request is being made on behalf of yourself or someone who has authorized you to make the request, (ii) the state or country in which you, or the person who has authorized you to make the request, resides, (iii) what rights you, or the person who has authorized you to make the request, wish to exercise, (iv) sufficient information to verify the request is about you or the person who authorized you to make the request, (v) your contract information, including your email address. After a VCR is received, Navigate360 will verify the identity of the person requesting the VCR, and if the request is verified, Navigate360 will complete the request.
