Navigate360 joins forces with workers’ comp and risk management services provider to offer customized safety solutions to NY municipal employers
As companies continue to struggle with adapting to today’s new “normal” and providing employees with safe and sound environments in which everyone can thrive, Navigate360 is thrilled to announce a new partnership with the Public Employer Risk Management Association (PERMA), a provider of New York State workers’ compensation and risk management services to municipal employers.
This new partnership will provide PERMA members with customized risk mitigation solutions that combine technology, education and services designed to strengthen their current safety policies and procedures. As part of the partnership, PERMA members will benefit from comprehensive risk assessments conducted by ASIS board-certified Physical Security Professionals who will thoroughly evaluate members’ operations — from prevention and preparation through response and recovery.
Building a Culture of Safety
According to a poll Navigate360 conducted with John Zogby Strategies last year, 2 in 5 (41%) adults with a workplace felt less safe about that environment than they did 6 months prior, and only 56% of adults surveyed believed workplace and school leaders think safety is a high priority. Partnerships like the one with PERMA will help organizations improve employees’ confidence in their ability to keep them safe as they build upon their holistic cultures of safety.
“Our partnership with PERMA brings us one step closer to helping communities thrive by providing the tools and knowledge to mitigate risk and lay a solid foundation of safety,” said Navigate360 CEO JP Guilbault.
Added Karen Braman, PERMA vice president of member services, “We are looking forward to collaborating with Navigate360 by providing our members with access to solutions for evaluating and creating procedures to develop a safer work environment for when it is needed the most.”
