New Leaders Join Navigate360

Bill joins Navigate360 as regional vice president of sales. He will focus on growing our K-12 audience in the eastern United States by providing expertise and leadership that help districts create and maintain safe learning environments.

Bill is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of successful experience spanning the retail, insurance, financial services, education, healthcare and nonprofit sectors. In 2013, Bill cofounded CrisisGo, a safety and communications platform used by schools and businesses across the country. Bill has worked with many leaders in the school safety industry and has held leadership positions with CrisisGo, FIS, Schoolwires, Blackboard, SchoolCenter and Southern Insurance and Financial Services.

Eric joins the Navigate360 team as chief product officer, responsible for enhancing and growing our holistic technology and education offerings. Eric has more than 20 years of experience leading teams building award-winning products, delivering unparalleled user experiences and developing corporate strategy that drives growth. Most recently, Eric was the chief product officer of FastBridge Learning, an innovative developer of online student assessment and instructional guidance for the K-12 education market. Before FastBridge, Eric led product and services efforts at Questar Assessment, a summative assessment provider for states, and he held leadership positions at eInstruction Corp., Scantron, Websense and Cybersafe. Eric has an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Alex joins the Navigate360 team as senior vice president of human resources, leading the effort to strengthen our teams and acquire new talent as we continue to grow.

Alex brings more than 18 years of HR experience to our organization. Alex has served as vice president of human resources and service delivery at AML RightSource, as well as chief human resource officer at John Carroll University. While at John Carroll, Alex was also an evening adjunct instructor who taught graduate and undergraduate courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. Alex has an MBA from Kent State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Bowling Green State University.
