Designed for a Digital World
In this online training, your staff will receive an in-depth presentation on youth suicide prevention. Learners work independently at their own pace and on their own schedule to complete seven modules, each one introduced by Dr. Poland.
During suicide awareness training, participants will:
- Gain understanding of suicide risk factors, warning signs, and legal requirements.
- Describe the process of intervention, referral, re-entry, and post-vention.
- Apply knowledge to create or enhance school’s suicide prevention efforts.
- Support students throughout the prevention process.
