In this session, participants will explore the basics of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and its impact on student growth and academic success. We will cover strategies for integrating SEL into daily classroom practices, emphasizing how enhancing students’ emotional and social skills can improve learning. Additionally, participants will learn to assess SEL using the SSIS, identify areas for support, and gain practical skills to enrich teaching and support students’ well-being and academic success.
