In line with this commitment, Navigate360 is excited to announce the product enhancements below, developed in conjunction with feedback from our customer advisors and designed to fit the needs of schools and districts across the nation.

Navigate360 Emergency Management (EM) continues to grow as the leading software solution for compliance, preparation, response, and reunification, providing schools with a comprehensive, easy-to-use emergency management ecosystem. Highly requested enhancements to Emergency Management make accessing and sharing critical information during an alarm easier than ever.

Flipchart Enhancements

• Users can now include images on Flipcharts, enabling a better viewing experience in the Mobile App during an alarm. Schools prioritizing Standard Response Protocols (SRPs) will find this feature exceptionally helpful.

Navigate360 Visitor Management (VM) provides schools with a secure, comprehensive visitor management system. New enhancements to the solution streamline workflows to fit right into a busy school day while increasing flexibility and security.

Guardian Self-Serve Persona

A new Self-Serve persona for guardians enables a higher level of security when checking students in late or out early.

• QR Code Scanning: Guardians can create a check-in/check-out event in the mobile app and scan a generated QR code at the self-serve kiosk to check their student(s) in or out.
• Driver’s License Scanning: Guardians can now use their driver’s license to check all linked students in early/out late. Upon scan, VM will perform a duplicate profile check and linked student verification. Additionally, guardians will automatically be checked against the sex offender registry, custody notes, and block lists for early check-outs.

Enhanced Notifications

• In-App Notifications for Scheduled Student & Visitor Events: New in-app notifications provide staff and admin with increased transparency when student and visitor events are scheduled in the VM mobile app.
• Guardian SMS Text for Canceled Late Check-In/Early Check-Out: Guardians will now receive an SMS text notification when a staff member deletes a student late check-in/early check-out event scheduled through the mobile app.

Split Printer Configurability

• Schools can now set Student Tardy and Early Dismissal badge printer settings to best suit their needs, saving time and money for schools who may not want to print a badge for every student late check-in or early check-out.

PBIS Rewards equips schools with a simple, intuitive behavior management system that is seamless and efficient. New enhancements and integrations provide schools with all the tools they need to make informed decisions and intervene early when students slip off track.

Integration with Behavioral Case Manager

A deepened integration between PBIS Rewards and Behavioral Case Manager (BCM) allows teaching staff to intuitively recognize and elevate concerns from their classrooms and provides those at the district level dealing with case management with access to vetted early indicators of an issue, enabling them to make informed decisions about threat assessment.

• Push Referrals to BCM: Staff members issuing referrals in PBIS Rewards can now push the referral information to BCM for follow-up.
• Push Status Checks to BCM: Staff members using PBIS Rewards can push Status Checks directly to the individuals in BCM who can process the information at the appropriate levels.

Store Co-Owners

• Users can now assign co-owners to stores, allowing more flexibility and providing additional opportunities for recognition

Behavioral Case Manager simplifies the process of incident evaluation and intervention with evidence-based practices to provide a structured and unbiased assessment process, enhancing student outcomes and fostering a culture of safety and support. The newest enhancements to the platform allow for increased reporting access, ensuring compliance and preventing students from falling through the cracks.

Team Based Exports

• School based reporting on caseloads enables team leaders to identify gaps in data and remain compliant with reporting regulations by assessing and exporting data, a highly requested feature voted on in feedback sessions with valued customers.

Compass Curriculum equips school communities with tools to develop essential life skills and achieve emotional well-being. The latest enhancements to Compass Curriculum empower educators and administrators with the tools needed to simplify lesson customization, improve assessment tracking, and gain a better understanding of student performance.

Preset Curriculum Wizard

• Added flexibility to preset curriculum allows admin to build tailored preset curriculum quickly by setting the length and lessons or expanding the eligibility of lessons available for preset curriculum.

Reporting Updates

• New reporting dashboards provide admins with a downloadable detailed view of teachers or classes with aggregated data to show lesson completion status, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

New Behavior Intervention Lessons

• Two new and engaging lessons teach students about the use of Artificial Intelligence.
