Our innovative approach to emergency response and reunification allows for more consistent and effective coordination between administrators, staff, and first responders.

What’s New?

Alarm Activation: Quick action is imperative during a violent incident—there is no time to fumble around looking for a way to alert those in your building. Our alarm activation feature is now available on the EM home page, enabling users to instantly alert staff of a drill or real emergency.

Rapid Alarm: A truly safe school environment requires preventative action, preparedness, and customized plans that fit the need of each individual school. Our new Rapid Alarm, previously known as Respond, offers users a dashboard to customize alarm types, view active and past alarms, and build reports. Rapid Alarm also includes a practice option for running drills and activating practice alarms, as well as a new simplified process for Roll Call and Reunification that includes a custom list function and the ability to transfer lists to the Reunify feature.

Maps: It’s imperative that first responders have quick access to all necessary information about a campus’ layout with critical incident mapping. Our enhanced maps feature provides a place to catalog and locate school maps that include layering over a satellite view and new icons to indicate evacuation routes.

Safety Plans & Drills: With a new dashboard view and simplified workflows, it is now easier than ever to create and maintain EOPs and ensure emergency drill compliance. Track, log, update, and locate safety plans, drills, and assessments to keep your schools compliant with legislation and prepared for an incident before it happens.

Binders, Documents, & Flipcharts: Locate and organize files with our updated dashboard view for binders, documents, and flipcharts. From safety plans to attendance records, any important documents can be stored and easily accessed with this feature.

Mobile App: Our EM interface enhancements do not stop with your browser — our mobile app has been updated with a modern design and user interface. Alarms can now be easily activated from the mobile app and the interface allows users to navigate directly in and out of roll call and reunification.
