The enhancements below were developed in conjunction with feedback from our customer advisors and designed to fit the distinct needs of districts across the nation while maximizing speed to ensure the best user experience.

Emergency Management

Navigate360 Emergency Management (EM) continues to grow as the leading software solution for compliance, preparation, response, and reunification, providing schools with a comprehensive, easy-to-use emergency management ecosystem. We are excited to announce some highly requested enhancements to the Emergency Management Mobile App designed to make accessing and sharing critical information easier than ever.

Roll Call Enhancements  
All EM users now have the ability to search, view, and access other teachers’ classes during Roll Call for an active alarm to better assist teachers and substitutes who may be unable to account for their own classes.

Home Screen & Navigation Enhancements

• Users are now able to activate an alarm for multiple sites in one concise workflow, allowing for prompt activation and alerting during an emergency, drill, or training event.
• An enhanced mobile interface provides users with just-in-time information before, during, and after alarm activation.

Expanded Partnerships – 911Cellular & CRG

We are excited to continue to expand our best-in-class partnerships with 911Cellular Technologies and Critical Response Group (CRG) to provide industry leading, state-of-the-art integrations, equipping schools with a comprehensive, reliable, and efficient emergency management solution.

• 911Cellular  – Voted the #1 panic button vendor by the Florida Department of Education Selection Committee, 911Cellular offers a panic alert system that goes beyond a simple mobile app and provides schools with multiple emergency communication options, including wearable badges, wall-mounted buttons, and software-enabled panic buttons.
• Critical Response Group – Born from lessons learned by U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF), CRG equips schools with visual maps to coordinate emergency response both outside and inside a building, improving the response time of first responders and alleviating confusion when coordinating during an incident.

Visitor Management

Navigate360 Visitor Management (VM) provides schools with a secure, comprehensive visitor management system. New enhancements to the solution maximize efficiency and streamline workflows to fit right into a busy school day.

Visitor Bulk Check-In/Out

• Users can check-in or check-out multiple returning visitors at the same time and print all needed badges in one workflow.
• Users can schedule bulk and individual check-ins ahead of time, streamlining the check-in process when they arrive at the building.

Configurable Check-In Methods
Admins can now customize self-serve workflows by enabling or disabling available check-in options for each persona, allowing schools to select preferred check-in methods for students, staff, volunteers, and visitors.

Staff & Substitute Driver’s License Scan
Admins can now enable staff and substitutes to scan their driver’s license to check-in or out on the self-serve kiosk.

PBIS Rewards

PBIS Rewards equips schools with a simple, intuitive behavior management system that is seamless and efficient. New enhancements to the platform are designed to satisfy specific customer feedback, enable better communication, and promote school spirit.

Customized Branding 

• Users can now change the branding of their PBIS Rewards homepage and Student App, allowing them to customize the solution to feel more like their own.
• Users can customize school or teacher stores by uploading images.

Item Refunds
Users can now refund multiple store items in one single workflow, saving time and streamlining the refund process.

Message Attachments
Staff can now send multiple attachments in messages, making it easier to share important student information.

Compass Curriculum

Compass Curriculum equips school communities with tools to develop essential life skills and achieve emotional well-being. Schools need a quick and efficient way to engage busy family members in the development of these skills, and the newest enhancements to Compass Curriculum make it easier than ever.

• Schools can now use modern tools, like QR codes, to connect families and other users to Compass Curriculum in a scalable way.
• Family members can directly sync with their students with randomized codes to track lesson completion, view resources related to their students’ assignments, and access reports.
• New Mental Health Grief Lessons provide students with structured, age-appropriate resources that help them understand and process grief, while equipping educators with the tools to support emotional healing and foster a compassionate school environment.
