Scott Collier leads Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Data & AI at Navigate360. With over two decades in technology leadership, he specializes in unifying complex tech environments shaped by rapid growth and acquisition. At Navigate360, Scott drives the consolidation of legacy cloud and on-premise systems into a modern platform built on containerized and serverless infrastructure, and architected the company’s core Visitor Management product from the ground up.
Prior to Navigate360, Scott was key to the platform integration at IgnitionOne following heavy M&A activity. Partnering with the company’s Principal Architect to execute the modernization strategy, he led the overhaul of core services and data infrastructure while establishing standardized containerized environments across all product teams. He began his career at InfoCision Management Corporation, progressing over a decade from data engineering into software engineering management and enterprise architecture.
Scott lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife, Tiffany, and their two cats.
