Christian Carnell serves as Chief Financial Officer at Navigate360, where he leads financial planning, reporting, and operational execution to support scalable, efficient growth. He is a disciplined finance leader with deep experience building strong financial infrastructure and driving process improvement across growing organizations. He is deeply committed to operational excellence, with a focus on strengthening controls, improving data integrity, and driving accountability across the organization.
Christian brings a track record of operational leadership in finance and accounting. Prior to Navigate360, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Protegrity, where he led the global finance function and partnered with executive leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Snap One and Control4, where he helped scale accounting operations, enhance reporting, and implement controls to improve efficiency and accountability.
Christian holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
