VP of School Safety Strategy, Technology, & Partnerships
Dr. Allison Willemin serves as Vice President of School Safety Strategy, Technology, and Partnerships at Navigate360, where she works with school and district leaders nationwide to advance comprehensive, prevention-focused school safety solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology.
Prior to joining Navigate360, Dr. Willemin served as Executive Director of School Safety, Security, and Student Services for Oxford Community Schools. She led the development of a comprehensive school safety program centered on both physical and psychological safety. Her leadership included implementing districtwide behavioral threat assessment, suicide risk assessment, crisis response, reunification, emergency preparedness, and multidisciplinary prevention systems designed to strengthen student well-being and organizational resilience.
With more than 23 years of experience in education across Michigan, North Carolina, and Texas, Dr. Willemin has served as a teacher, campus administrator, and district leader. She is the co-founder of the Oakland County School Safety Consortium, serves on the Board of Directors for the National Council of School Safety Directors, and is an active member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals.
A speaker and trainer, Dr. Willemin has presented on school safety, behavioral threat assessment, crisis recovery, and multidisciplinary prevention strategies at conferences across the country, including the Great Lakes Homeland Security Conference, National PBIS Leadership Forum, National Safe Schools Conference, and was a panelist for the National Academies and NTAC’s 2024 K–12 Behavioral Threat Assessment Efficacy and Implementation Evaluation Research Workshop.
Dr. Willemin is a certified trainer in MiBTAM, PREPaRE Workshop 1, ALICE Training®, Standard Response Protocol (SRP), Standard Reunification Method (SRM), Digital Threat Assessment, and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She is also a Master Trainer through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s National Threat Evaluation and Reporting (NTER) Program Office.
